Account deletion
You can delete your SimRacer World account yourself. The procedure covers all products (SimRacer World APP, Paddock, SRW RaceBay, SRW Manager): the account is shared.
How it works
- Start the request from the form on this page (or the "Delete account" button in the app settings), entering your account email.
- Receive an OTP code by email (valid for a few minutes).
- Confirm by entering the code. The request is verified and the account is immediately deactivated.
- Within 30 days the data is permanently erased. During this period you can cancel the request by contacting privacy@simracer-world.com (grace window).
What gets deleted
- Account data (email, name, credentials, Google sign-in)
- Laps, sessions, telemetry and unsold setups
- Remaining credit balance (non-refundable except where required by law)
What is retained
- Content sold on the marketplace: files delivered to buyers and transaction records remain (buyers keep what they paid for; Swiss ten-year accounting obligation). Your name on those records is anonymised.
- Minimal technical logs up to 12 months, then erased.

Trouble?
If you don't receive the OTP or no longer have access to your account email, write to privacy@simracer-world.com: we will verify your identity by alternative means.
