1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the simracer-world.com website, the Simracer app (mobile + Windows companion) and the Sim Center OS suite, together “the Services”, provided by Simracer World Sagl - in costituzione (“we”).

By using the Services you accept these terms.

2. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential.
You may not transfer your account to third parties.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the Services for illegal activities or to harm third-party rights.
Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Services.
Scrape content or automate interactions without our consent.
Upload illegal, offensive or copyright-infringing content.

4. Setup Market

The P2P marketplace allows users to trade setups. You are responsible for the content you publish. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Pilot and B2B

Access to Sim Center OS in pilot phase is governed by separate agreements. These terms supplement, but do not replace, any signed pilot/SLA contracts.

6. Intellectual property

Software, trademarks and site content belong to Simracer World Sagl - in costituzione or the respective owners. We grant no rights other than those required to use the Services.

7. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits, save for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. You can delete your account at any time (see Account deletion).

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Lugano, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

10. Changes

We may update the terms. We will notify substantial changes via email or in-app. The last update date is on top.
