End User License Agreement (EULA)
Version 1.0.0 — Effective 10 June 2026
This agreement ("EULA") governs the installation and use of the SimRacer World ecosystem software:
- SimRacer World APP (iOS / Android)
- SRW RaceBay (Windows — private users)
- SRW Manager (Windows — B2B operators)
(collectively, the "Software"), provided by New Tech Lab SAGL, Strada Ponte di Valle, 8 — 6968 Lugano — Switzerland, on behalf of SimRacer World SAGL (in formation) (the "Licensor").
By installing or using the Software you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not install, or uninstall, the Software.
1. Licence
The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the Software on devices you own or control, for use in accordance with the Terms of Service.
For SRW Manager: the licence is conditional on an active B2B agreement and limited to the agreed rigs and venues.
2. Restrictions
You must not:
- copy (beyond technical necessity), distribute, rent, sublicense or assign the Software;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
- remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks or technical protection measures;
- use the Software to develop competing products or for bulk data extraction;
- circumvent authentication, anti-cheating or licensing systems.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Software, including code, graphics, logos and names (SimRacer World, SRW RaceBay, SRW Manager, Paddock), remain with the Licensor. Supported simulators (Assetto Corsa, ACC, iRacing, etc.) belong to their respective owners, who are not affiliated with the Licensor.
4. Updates
The Software may download and install updates. Some updates are mandatory for security or service compatibility: failing to install them may limit functionality.
5. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source components subject to their own licences, listed in the in-app legal notes ("About"). Those licences prevail over this EULA for the individual components.
6. Data
Personal data processing performed through the Software is described in the Privacy Policy. The Software communicates with the SimRacer World servers (paddock.simracer-world.com) over encrypted connections.
7. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or absence of defects, to the extent permitted by law. The limitation of liability in the Terms of Service, §10, applies.
8. Term and termination
This EULA takes effect upon installation and ends: (a) when you uninstall; (b) when your account is closed; (c) upon revocation in case of breach. Upon termination you must uninstall the Software. Sections 2, 3 and 7 survive termination.
9. App stores
For copies obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the respective store terms additionally apply. Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA and bear no responsibility for the Software.
10. Governing law
Swiss law; place of jurisdiction Lugano, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. The Terms of Service apply for all other matters.
