1. License grant
Simracer World Sagl - in costituzione (“we”) grants you (“you”) a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Simracer app (mobile + Windows companion) for non-commercial purposes, under these terms.
2. Reserved rights
The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to us or our licensors.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer (except as allowed by law).
- Resell, sublicense or distribute the app.
- Remove copyright notices or trademarks.
- Use the app for illegal activities.
4. Updates
The app may receive automatic updates. Some updates may change or remove features.
5. User content
Content you create (setups, comments) remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the Services.
6. Availability
The app may not be available in all countries or on all devices. Technical requirements may change.
7. Warranties and liability
The app is provided “as is”. See Terms of Service for liability limitations.
8. Termination
The license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the app.
9. Law and venue
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Lugano.
