Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Simracer World account and associated data at any time.
From the app
- Open Simracer App → Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the request.
Via email
If you cannot access the app, email support@simracer-world.com from the address linked to your account, with subject [Account deletion]. We verify identity and process within 30 days.
What is deleted
- User profile, credentials and preferences.
- Telemetry, laps, sessions, stats.
- Setups published on Setup Market (removed from the marketplace).
- Any content you uploaded.
What may be retained
- Anonymous and aggregated data (not traceable to you).
- Data required by law (e.g. tax) for the period mandated by regulation.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
